Ryders Cove Rd Barn Hill Rd |
Parking of vehicles and/or boat trailers at Barn Hill Landing is restricted to Chatham residents and Chatham non-resident property taxpayers. Ramp is open for use by non-residents with parking available along Barn Hill Road shoulder. First come, first served parking, launches into Oyster River.

Ramp located adjacent to the Harbormaster office at 613 Stage Harbor Road Resident or non-resident taxpayer only for launch and parking (must have a beach, landfill or recycle sticker for the Town of Chatham) Launches into mid-Stage Harbor. N - Must cross new inlet or Chatham Bar to get into the Atlantic. |
North Side of Town

Crows Pond ramp Fox Hill Road |
Across from Eastward Ho Country Club Extremely limited parking, partial paving (small boats only), should avoid low tide, launches into Crows Pond. Resident/Non-resident taxpayers only - requires beach, landfill or recycle sticker |
Ryder's Cove ramp - On Pleasant Bay |
Paved ramp - parking - All Tides - Rt. 28 to Ryders Cove Rd.
Located at the end of Ryders Cove Road adjacent to the boat yard – Non-residents require a “ramp use” permit beginning the 1st day of Commercial Bass season through September 30 (excludes Labor Day weekend and does not entitle you to resident parking spaces).
